  1. ReaLoan is NOT a lender, bank, NBFC, financial institution, or credit provider.

ReaLoan operates as:

  • A DSA (Direct Selling Agent) / Sales Partner for multiple NBFCs

  • A freelancer financial partner for select Banks

  • An authorized partner/introducer for certain Private Lenders

  • A platform that connects potential borrowers to third-party lenders

We do not approve, sanction, disburse, or determine loan terms. All loan decisions are solely taken by the respective lender.

2. Submitting your information or application on ReaLoan does not guarantee:

  • Loan approval

  • Specific loan amount

  • Interest rate

  • Processing time

  • Final sanction or disbursal

All decisions are based on the lender’s internal policies, credit checks, underwriting, and KYC verification.

ReaLoan cannot be held responsible if a lender rejects, delays, or modifies any loan application.

3. All information provided by the user must be:

  • True

  • Complete

  • Correct

  • Up to date

Providing false or incomplete information may lead to rejection of the application by the lender.

ReaLoan is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate details provided by applicants.

4. By using our services, you authorize ReaLoan to:

  • Collect your personal, financial, and business information

  • Share your information with partnered NBFCs, Banks, or Private Lenders

  • Contact you via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS

  • Verify your documents with lenders if required

We do not sell user data to any unauthorized third party.

Your data is used only for loan processing and communication purposes.

5. Each lender (NBFC, Bank, or Private Lender) has its own eligibility criteria, including:

  • CIBIL score

  • Income norms

  • Business vintage

  • Property requirements

  • Document standards

  • Interest rates & charges

ReaLoan has no control over lender policies, charges, processing time, or approval outcomes.

Users are encouraged to read all loan agreements, sanction letters, and terms directly provided by the lender.

6. Information provided on this website is for general knowledge only.

Although ReaLoan may offer suggestions or guidance based on experience, it does not constitute financial advice.
Users should verify all loan terms independently before signing any agreement.

7. ReaLoan does not charge any upfront fees for loan application support.

However:

  • Lenders may charge processing fees, valuation fees, legal fees, etc.

  • Private lenders may have additional charges

  • In some cases, ReaLoan may receive a commission from lenders for successful loan disbursal

  • ReaLoan may charge a service fee for special documentation or consultancy (only after prior notice)

All lender-related charges are collected directly by the lending institution — NOT by ReaLoan.

8. No Guarantee of Interest Rate

Interest rate depends entirely on the lender’s assessment of:

  • CIBIL score

  • Income stability

  • Banking patterns

  • Property value

  • Business turnover

  • Risk profile

ReaLoan does not guarantee any specific interest rate or loan scheme.

9. By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse our forms or submit fake applications

  • Not to upload forged or illegal documents

  • Not to attempt hacking, damaging, or interfering with the website

  • Not to engage in fraudulent activities

Violation may result in legal action.

10. All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Icons

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Layout

is the property of ReaLoan and protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

11. ReaLoan is not liable for:

  • Rejection of loan applications

  • Delay in processing by lenders

  • Lender’s charges or penalties

  • Losses due to inaccurate user data

  • Any dispute between borrower and lender

  • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss due to server problems

  • Any financial loss arising from lending decisions

The user agrees to use the platform at their own discretion.

12. ReaLoan reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Users should revisit the page periodically.

13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra
