Refund & Cancellation Policy – ReaLoan

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how ReaLoan handles service cancellations, refund requests, and payment-related issues for users who access our loan assistance and financial support services.

ReaLoan operates as a DSA / Sales Partner of multiple NBFCs, Banks, and Private Lenders, and we are not a direct lender. All loan approvals, charges, fees, and disbursals are controlled solely by the respective lending institutions.

1. No Upfront Charges for Loan Applications

ReaLoan does NOT charge any upfront registration fees, processing fees, or application fees for loan assistance.

If any lender charges:

  • Processing fee

  • Valuation fee

  • Legal/technical fee

  • Stamp duty

  • Documentation fee

These amounts are collected directly by the lender, and ReaLoan has no authority over such charges.

2. Refund Policy for ReaLoan Services

Since ReaLoan does not collect any fees directly from users, there is no refund applicable for:

  • Loan application submission

  • Documentation support

  • Eligibility check

  • Lender comparison

  • Consultation or guidance

  • Lead forwarding

If any service fee is charged by ReaLoan for specialized consultancy, such fee is non-refundable, as the service is considered delivered immediately once consultation or documentation work begins.

3. Refund of Lender Charges

If any fees were paid directly to a bank, NBFC, or private lender, the refund will be processed as per the lender’s internal policy.

ReaLoan cannot:

  • Refund any lender charges

  • Interfere with lender refund policies

  • Guarantee refund approval from lenders

Users must contact the respective lender directly for such refund requests.

4. Cancellation of Loan Application

A user may cancel their loan request at any time by notifying us.
However:

  • Cancellation does not guarantee refund of charges already paid to lenders.

  • If the lender has already initiated processing, scrutiny, valuation, or verification, charges may remain non-refundable.

  • ReaLoan cannot cancel an application directly with the lender once their process has begun.

5. Cancellation of Consultancy or Documentation Services

If ReaLoan provides paid documentation or consultancy services, cancellation is allowed only before work has started.

If work has already started (document review, drafting, submission, calls, etc.), the fee becomes 100% non-refundable.

6. Misuse or Fraudulent Applications

No refund will be provided under any circumstances if:

  • Fake or forged documents were submitted

  • False information was provided

  • Fraudulent loan intentions were detected

  • The application was rejected due to regulatory violations

ReaLoan may also blacklist such users and inform lenders as per regulatory requirements.

7. Delay in Loan Processing

Loan processing time varies across Banks, NBFCs, and Private Lenders.

ReaLoan is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Lender verification

  • Legal/technical checks

  • Property/title report delays

  • CIBIL issues

  • Documentation problems

  • Operational or system issues on the lender’s side

Delay is not a valid reason for refund of any charges paid to lenders or third parties.
